Role overview

We are seeking motivated interns to join Explera Hong Kong remotely from anywhere in Hong Kong for 3 to 6 months. Interns join a real team and work on live bookings, not side projects, with a named mentor and a weekly check-in.

The internship suits students and recent graduates who want hands-on experience of how a B2B destination management company plans, sells and delivers trips. We shape the rotation around your studies and interests. You need a laptop, a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to take video calls.

Key responsibilities

1. Operations support

• Prepare booking files and reconfirm hotels, transfers and activities
• Keep supplier details and service notes up to date

2. Sales & itinerary support

• Research hotels, experiences and routings for partner itineraries
• Prepare quotations and travel documents under supervision

3. Marketing & content

• Help create destination content, partner newsletters and social media posts

4. Contracting & final project

• Collect and load supplier rates and product information
• Present a short project to the team at the end of the internship

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate, ideally in tourism, hospitality, business, marketing or languages
• Good written and spoken English
• Cantonese is a plus
• Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Based in Hong Kong, with a laptop and reliable internet
• Available for at least 20 hours a week for 3 months or more
