Supplier Executive – Thailand

Role overview

We are seeking a proactive Supplier Executive to build and manage our network of hotels, resorts, coach companies, speedboat and yacht operators, restaurants and attractions across Thailand.

Good trips depend on good suppliers. You will make sure our sales and operations teams always have accurate rates, reliable partners and clear product notes.

Key responsibilities

1. Supplier sourcing & onboarding

• Source and onboard new suppliers, including contracts and supplier profiles
• Visit new hotels and activities and write clear product notes for the sales team

2. Rates, allotments & systems

• Load and maintain rates, allotments, release periods and policies in our booking system
• Collect new season rates and special offers on time

3. Negotiation & quality

• Negotiate rates and group terms with the contracting manager
• Run supplier site visits and quality checks, and act on guest feedback

4. Compliance & documentation

• Keep supplier contracts, licences and insurance certificates current
• Resolve billing and service issues with operations and finance

Requirements

• 1+ years in contracting, purchasing, reservations or supplier management in travel or hospitality
• Knowledge of the Thailand hotel and travel supplier market
• Thai and business English
• Accurate data entry and strong Excel skills
• Organised and persistent in following up
• Valid right to work in Thailand
